On the QB fuselage, is that U-channel that connects the 902 bulkheads/forward canopy decks (spanning the fuse laterally) just there for shipping? I can't see it anywhere in the plans.
I hope the answer is yes, as it's a nice piece of stock from which to make brackets, doublers, etc.
