I am assembling my tanks and, while the right went together without too much hassle, the left is proving to be a monster. After 4 ribs I had to call it a night.
My question is, a couple of the hardest ribs now have a good size bow in the leading edge when they are cleco'd in. Obviously this is due to the EXTREME tight fit, but I fluted them as best as I could and I don't know what else to do. Is this bow normal, and given the right tanks were hard but doable, should these left tank ribs really be this hard?
