Question for those who had to mount the tailspring mount during fuse construction. How did you do the following.

1. The WD-409 forward plate upper edge should be used to square the tail spring mount with the F-711 bulkhead assembly. (How did you square it off?)
2. Drill through F-711 and WD-409 for the AN4 bolts using the pre-punched holes in F-711 as drill guides. (What method used for drilling out the weldment?)
3. Drill through F-712 and WD-409 for the two “keeper” rivets only; the three bolt holes will be match-drilled later while attaching the vertical stabilizer. (My VS does not have any holes to match drill on it)
