I'm installing a Superior XP-IO360 with, one lightspeed plasma II plus, and one slick mag.

I suppose that the best way to get tach info to an AFS 3500EE is by seperate tach sensor.

It looks like the AFS sensor kit for electronic ignition is the same, but minus any tach sensor, meaning I would have to purchase a seperate tach sender.

I would probably order the sensor kit with the mag sensor anyway as there is no cost penalty and in case I ever go all mag.


Am I missing something?

Also, what tach sensing solution works best with my setup?

The II Plus has an output for 12v pulse signal, so I have to assume you mean you want a sensor for the mag.

As the previous poster said, there is a screw-in sensor (I believe it is optical) for the mag that should give you a "right mag" indication.
