where can i find a tach cable i can cut to fit? from my tachometer to my tach drive on engine. all i have found have a nut that holds everything to the engine tach drive but the "capture nut" that holds the cable to the eng drive part won't clear the mag.

ACS sells all sizes and they are not that expensive. http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/inpages/tachcables.php My tach is cable driven and I bought from them. Recently I switched to 2" mechanical tach at different location and ordered from ACS again. Just know your cable length plus/minus 1/2 inch.

Aircraft Spruce just kinda screwed me on a mechanical tach cable.

Is there anywhere else to buy one?
