I have had my switch box for a year now and it has become a necessity for me when the weather turns cold. Even though I hanger, I get such great starts when the engine is warm and being able to turn the heater on with my cell phone is priceless.

When I tried to use it this winter I was getting errors on it. I thought it was Sprint initially. One email to Phillip and he was all over helping me diagnose it. I ended up sending it in and he fixed it and had it back to me within 2 weeks and that was with the Thanksgiving holiday in the middle of it. I basically paid for the shipping and it is back in service.

That's great customer service!
