I have a Switch Box Controller from Phillip from Pilot Portraits. I have tried to email him, private message and phone call him with no response. The switch box does not respond to any text or phone calls. I checked my account with T Mobile and it is current.

I am looking for any suggestions. I previously unpluged the unit and plugged it back in and it started working. This time no luck. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
