I'd like to just say 'Good Bye' to one of the nicest and most helpful bunch of flying enthusiasts on the planet.

I sold my RV-4 and am quite possibly finished my flying.

I have little to no regrets even though I have 'squandered' a small fortune and invested my time flying which perhaps should have been better spent on other things.

So, thanks everyone and I wish you all the very best.

There is nothing like Van's stuff, and absolutely nothing like his -4! See ya all at one or the other air shows..

But to quote a friend, "I've spent a fortune on wine, women and fast airplanes...and wasted the rest of my money."

No need to say good bye, lots of folks here dont have a plane.

Pretty sure I can speak of Doug here, you are always welcome at VAF.
