I'm sitting here at Mel's place in Farmersville, waiting on good enough weather to depart for Houston - think it will be at least another hour before it's even mvfr.....doubt i'll make it to Aransas....
Well, the work Christmas party starts too early to pull this one off and get back in time. Plus, the clouds are a bit low at the coast right now for my VFR self. Ain't a cloud in the sky here in San Antonio, though!
Well, I made it back to Houston, but just by the skin of my teeth - the weather window with ceilings above approach minimums was really short! It looked much clearer to the west...don't know if the coast ever opened up!
