Response from AvWeb
That didn't work for me. I also turned off my "Protective" software and that didn't work either. I contacted AvWeb and this is their response:
We are receiving lots of emails regarding this. We've tried several systems and it seems to be working fine, so there seems to be a common problem some where. As soon as we find a solution, we'll get back to you.
