My DG failed after 850 hours. I replaced the unit with a G5. With only the Sigmatec AI on the vacuum system, my suction gauge fluctuates peg to peg at engine RPMs below 1200. At flight RPMs suction is stable at 5 psi, mid gauge. Afraid I?ll damage the gauge. Anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?
