Manchu16 Active Member Dec 5, 2023 #1 Lycoming recommends 10% STP mixed with SAE 50 oil for wet torquing the cylinder base nuts. I am assuming it is STP Engine Oil Treatment. Sam Buchanan been here awhile Dec 5, 2023 #2 Yes, that's the one, STP is a useful shop lubricant, I keep a bottle of it in the shop for various assembly applications.
