For the stiffining details on the bottom VS ribs, are the centers supposed to be removed. The plans are specific about removing the centers on the inboard ribs for the HS but it does not mention the VS ribs.
Yeah, you can take them out. As the plans go along, they give you less and less information, assuming they told you once how to do something, 'twould be detrimental to tell you again.
