The pushrod from the bellcrank to the aileron is only 27 1/8 inches from center of rod bearing to center of rod bearing. Vans only gives you about 1 inch of extra tube. If you are talking about from the control sticks to bellcrank, then yes, there should be two tubes. Make sure the one you are looking at is not the tube for the control stick to the elevators. I confuse myself. There are three tubes total. Two for the ailerons one for the elevators.
