Hi everyone,
I wanted to post a public thank you to the folks at SteinAir. They built my EFIS, intercom, and com harnesses for me a few years ago. I started having intercom troubles yesterday and couldn't fly until I got the problem fixed. I called Stein's shop this morning and spoke to Chris. After describing the problem he told me it sounded like one of the microphone jacks had rotated and was grounding on the structure of the plane. He was absolutely right and saved me a great deal of time looking for the problem. It is really nice to call for technical support and speak to someone knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I've gotten the same high level of service from everyone I've ever spoken to at SteinAir.
Thanks Stein for running a great shop. Hopefully you'll see this and tell Chris he does a great job. Keep up the good work.
