I've been scratching my head (and other areas for a while on this one), and looked at some older posts, but am looking for more specific info on static line routing.

I am working on my -9 and using basic VFR steam gauges, so running static (Van's kit) from aft fuse up to the panel. Can anyone lend a good routing for this, especially getting past the spar bulkheads?

Hi Rick. I remember following Vans instructions on static line. There is a drawing specific to bulkhead penetration. I'll check if I have any pics later in the day.

It will give you some pointers Rick. It runs along and under left longeron. Don't pay attention to rivets you could do better

All these rivets were drilled out, reset and sprayed with primer

Discovered the space above the spar bulkheads! A simple thing that I was overthinking.......

Might want to replace those washers with the thinner ones to get more threads sticking out. Or longer bolts.
