Just a heads up to RV-12 builders, I received a letter today from Vans requesting a copy of subject form. If you do have a copy they would like to get one right away, if you do not have a copy they will contact the FAA and get one.
I would wait until you get a letter asking for the copy before you respond. A word to the wise, make copies of everything for your own records before you submit anything to the FAA.
