I just bought a used, in the box RV7 Empenage kit. It already has the large rudder. Is there a place where I can find if any changes have been made to the kit or manual that I need to follow ?
Contact Vans Aircraft. If you have a bill of sale for the kit and the sellers name and the kit number and send this to vans you can get an updated set of plans that will have modifications. I think this is a one time only thing from Vans.
