rvbuilder2002 Legacy Member Mentor Aug 27, 2020 #2 The most source of squeak is one end or the other of the gas struts. Put a small amount of spray lube on all 4 points and it will probably stop.

D DaveWelch Well Known Member Aug 27, 2020 #3 If the noise persists after spraying then also check for any signs of rubbing or scraping between the canopy frame and fuselage. After my build I had to open up the width of the canopy frame just a little.
