What method are people using to cut the spinner? I've called and talked to the people at catto propellers on three separate occasions. They said there was a template they could send me.

Finally reaching the end of my build and still have not received the template.
My question is does such a template exist? and if so does anyone have one they are finished with to sell?

propeller is a 2013 vintage 3 blade.

I set the prop on a flat surface and made one from cardboard through trial and error, taking into account the 3 dimensional curvature of the spinner. I cut vertical lines from the leading and trailing edges and matched the curvature of the blade. I kept the cutout and used it to fill the area behind the blade after removing material to match the back side curvature. There have been posts in the past by the now deceased "Elippse" about how the prop efficiency goes up significantly with a tight intersection fit between the spinner and the prop. So it is worth the effort to get a good fit.
