I have been looking for a spare tube to take with me on my flights in to outback Australia, and am amazed at the cost of 500X5 tubes locally, around $100 each.
I was wondering if the LAMB TUBE listed in Van?s catalogue( for all the other nose wheels except the RV-10) would fit the RV-12. I think all the other RV nose wheels are 500X5. Does the lamb tube have an angled valve stem ?
If they fit and were safe they would save me a packet of money
Look forward to hearing from those with experience with the other RV?s
