Has anyone out there installed smoke in a 7A? If so, how about some detail and how it has worked out.

The KC Dawn Petrol used windshield washer reservoirs and their pumps from old cars for the smoke systems in their Nieuport replicas. Here?s the link: http://www.kcdawnpatrol.org/smoke.htm.

I've always wondered if there isn't a reservoir that would fit on the left side of my firewall.

In the smoke system that I made I used an outboard motor 2 cycle oil tank, facet fuel pump all installed in the baggage area and run the line up the channel.
I had a stainless #4 an fitting welded to the exhaust system. One master switch to supply power to the system and a push button on the joystick. Made lots of smoke.
