I have my cowl installed with clecos and am ready to start drilling the Skybolt receptacle mounting rivet holes. Skybolt provides a ?215? drill fixture for this purpose. I thought the holes in the fixture looked a little large. I measured them and they are .144?-.145?. I think this is kinda sloppy for a drill jig to drill #30 (.128?) holes. Has anyone else noticed this?

I did notice that, but had no issues.

I was more worried about the bigger hole that the skybolt uses, as the jig became a little bigger  by the time I was almost finished.

But, again, no issues.

I guess the only thing I would change in the skybolt system is the retainer "washer". I think it's a little thin and needs a little more width to it.
