As I complete my 2nd wing, I am learning a bunch of things I wish I knew on the first one. One thing is that on this set of wing skins I have done a much better job of beveling the very edge of the skins with a file, leaving a nice smooth transition between them. On the left wing, I made sure to smooth and deburr the actual edges of each skin, but didn't make much of a bevel. They fit fine, but I sure do like the look and feel of the right wing better.

So to get to the point, anybody have any tips on how to smooth these transition areas AFTER the skins are installed? I'm not building a show plane, but I'd like to be proud of my work, and this is an area where I think a little extra effort makes a big difference. I wish the plans had discussed it a bit more.

I have tried hitting the joints between skins with the tip of a cone-shaped sanding tip on the dremel, but it's a bit rough.

Thanks!
