The flap actuator is Vans circa 2000, installed per supplied diagram. The ShowPlanes controller system requires a notched rod driver clamped where the Vans UHMW guide block resides. This can be resolved by a reengineered UHMW guide device.
What did you do to solve this problem ? I assume the actuator rod must be restrained vertically to limit bending moments generated by the flap control horn.
