Wanted to confirm what others have said about Lightspeed's customer service.
I had a Tango headset I bought from them and kept having issues with the battery in the panel mount unit going dead overnight. Told them I was extremely disappointed in the headset. To say they took care of the problem to my satisfaction would be a huge understatement. They went way above and beyond!! Excellent company to deal with:D
