Hallo.
I am about to finish my -4. When I installed the cowl on, I noticed that the oil gauge assy is too long. A couple of inches shorter could be OK.
I found the actual gauge assy on Spruce for sale, which is: LW-14780
But I can't determine which part is the one I need, which should be 2'' shorter.
Does anyone has a link of some seller who displays the various items with a description or does anyone know which part fits to me?
Thanks.

I do not know the part number, but on every plane I've built I've modified the filler tube and rod to the proper length for the cowling. In your case it's easy: just saw 2" out of the tube, splice with a piece of aluminum tube inside and then lay up an epoxy/glass "bandage" on the outside. For the rod simply push out the pin holding the rod to the cap, shorten the rod, drill and re-pin.
