Does Van's have an exclusive agreement for shipping or can a buyer request a specific agency ?

Vans use several shippers, but if you want to organise your own I think they charge $500 for you to do it.

I believe I read recently the $500 fee is for coordinating international shipments, though I might be wrong with everything going on. I've used Stewart for the big shipments that are picked up at Vans and direct delivered to me. Just Vans a call!

So if I provide Van's with a prepaid Fedex shipping label from my Fedex account they would still charge me an additional $500 ?
