The biggest/bulkiest part is the wingtips, aside from the spars which you won't be storing as you get to work on those immediately.
The odds and ends (bags o' rivets and platenuts) fit into a couple of shoe boxes, the aluminum tubing and assorted brackets can tuck away on shelves or inot a decent sized organizer with 12" square drawers and the skins can lay flat or lean up against a wall someplace.
This leaves the longerons, flap and aileron skins and tank parts.
I guess in answer to your question, about 20 linear feet of shelf space, 18" wide and a couple of feet tall.
