Both are beautiful airplanes, and both were built entirely by their owners. I didn't get a chance to speak with Bill, but Kye told me he spent over 12 years on his RV-6A, often working in the middle of the night so he wouldn't miss time with his kids. That's outstanding dedication, both to his family and to his hobby.
