I am looking at the Sea Level Power Curve in the Lycoming Operator's Manual. In particular the O-320 curve on p3 -14.

Could someone define what the 'Full throttle BHP' curve is and what the 'Propellor load BHP' is please.

Thanks.

As far as I know, the propeller load BHP is the power the engine is making at that specific RPM assuming a prop that will yield a full throttle rpm of 2700.
Good Luck,
Mahlon
