Just started the condition inspection today. Is there any reason to remove/inspect/clean the SDS fuel injectors? Any recommendations?

I do not plan on cleaning my SDS injectors unless I suspect a problem. Will treat it just like the injectors in my Toyota.

Currently have just under 400 hours on them in an RV10

NO
But I will recommend you make sure the filters are are clean. They do an amazing job to getting out anything.
If you EVER hear a whining from the pumps, CLEAN them now.
I heard the whining and didn't consider it a big problem till the motor decided it didn't have enough fuel to run properly. Outcome was good but scary
I too, treat the injectors as a no maintenance Item.
My luck varies Fixit
