SB 14-01-31 has almost 100,000 views in under 2 weeks time. It is obviously a big issue and of major interest to all of that it applies to. I can't help but think how much more challenging it would be without this great forum. I don't now if this is violating any rules but I just wanted to say that Doug certainly deserves our support.
