Question...to anyone who has gone back to do the Service Bulletin SB 06-2-23, which requires safety wiring of the fuel pickup tubes in the gas tanks, how did it go?

Being prosealed into place, I am thinking a lot of damage will be done to get the plate off. Anyone have any tricks? Are there any solvents that would soften the pro seal? I was wondering if floss or strong fishing line would cut the proseal without damaging the metal? I have an RV9A built around the time of the SB issue. Not sure if it was done. Doubt it. But I figure damage from an off field landing would be more than damage caused by doing the SB. Thoughts?
