Conducted sawtooth climbs and descent testing today:
Vx: 90 mph
Vy: 110 mph (although climb at 110-130mph is only marginally lower ROC)
Climb angle at Vx = 8.7 deg
Best Glide: 95mph 11.14-to-1 glide ratio or 2.1 sm per 1000 ft or 1.85 nm per 1000ft (ratios dependent upon GW)
GW: 1450lb CG: 1" aft of the fwd CG limit
Xp - 360-B1AC2 Sensenich FP wood prop 71" dia 83" pitch
Altitude band: 2000-4000ft PA DA 4700-6400ft
WOT full rich during climbs
Flight Idle, full rich, flaps up during descents
Ball centered, wind perpendicular to flight path
