I been around machines as a machinist or mechanic all my life. Hearing protection, safety glasses, no jewelry, etc is just a way of life. I have 20/20 vision, but this spring, I finally reach an age where I found I benefited from 1.25 cheaters to help reading fine print or in poor lighting. About the sametime, I was ordering a bunch of safety gear for work, when I found these bifocal safety glasses. Wow what a concept. I ordered 6 pairs for work....darned if 1 pair didn't get left in my work truck and fell out at my shop. First time I used them for the RV was trimming the rear window and drilling the plexi. Fantastic, $8 well spent!

I figured there may be another builder, who doesn't want to admit, but may need better close-up vision.

Made this easy work

I came across these same Bifocal safety glasses last year from one of my wholesalers. They're comfortable and functional. I had laser eye surgery on both eyes about six years ago. I've never needed glasses for reading or close work.....untill recently. I always use safety glasses when using air or power tools, so upgrading to these bifocals have made it easier to inspect fine work.
