Looks like he may be parked next to Dan Checkoway. Could only see the top the the canopy plus the counter weighted rudder.

Click to expand... Don't think I ever covered my canopy at SMO. That could be Mark's Rocket (looked like a tandem canopy), but I'm just guessing.
