Just browsing RV kits on Barnstormers, both partially complete and untouched, and I have some questions. In many cases the adds give a date on the kit, ie. 2005 RV7 kit, etc. So I'm wondering if that means Vans has made changes to the kits over the years. If that's true, how do I find out what changes have taken place over the years? With the RV7 or RV9, do I want to limit myself to a certain vintage and newer because of significant changes? Thanks

There were changes to kits over the years with things like rudder size and nosewheel parts and matched hole drilling. I don't know of a specific resource that lists each of the changes by date and which kits will have them included but a quick call to vans would answer that question on a particular kit you are interested in.
