Ouch. What method did you use? Did you have help?

There are a few good tips posted. I preferred the one where you place the skin on a foam pad and push the rib into position. I found it easier to cleco the bottom first then coax the top using a tiny punch as a drift pin.

I do remember the first assembly was the worst. They seemed to go together easier the second time.

I'll try the bottom first next time. I put a few clecos in the top forward end first. I couldn't pull the bottom forward end into place, so I started from the aft end on the bottom and leap-frogged clecos until I got them into the front end then back filled. I didn't use the foam pad because I was on a carpeted floor rolling around with it. Thanks for the tips! No pain no gain!

I also found it much easier to cleco the bottom holes (forward edge) first and work my way across and up (aft) using a couple tapered metal scribes to help line up the holes as I went along.
