What happened to the threads on the RV 9A nose wheel failure. I just converted mine to the new style and am very conserned about this.

actual number of nose gear failures on A models

Does anyone know how many nose gear failures have occurred? Just the ones we have been discussing, ie. nut digs in or gear leg bends back for any cause other then an off airport emergency. Might be an interesting number.
