The drawing shows a version for the 9 and one for the 9A. The one for the 9A is trimmed to be more narrow at the bottom and does not show the top two holes drilled. I understand the narrow part at the bottom, but not the missing two holes at the top. Why are the top holes not drilled on the 9A?

I must have used the dimensions from the DWG 21, F-711C BAR STAB ATTACH BAR view. I think the F-711C FOR TRI-GEAR ONLY view is only showing how to trim the bars, not drill holes. Then use the FRONT VIEW to locate the rivet holes.
