Randal built a beautiful RV-9A in 2008 that I am in the process of a Pre Buy with Vic Syracuse. Unfortunately it appears the operating limitations did not include the documentation of Vs0, Vx, Vy etc.
Does anyone know how to get a hold of Randal Maurer? He used to be active on VAF according to other posts but I can't find him. Would like to have his help to complete the logbook if possible to avoid putting the aircraft back into test flight status.
