Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have a name in the Tampa, FL area that would'nt mind doing a prepurchase inspection of a partial 8A project? I am looking to purchase this but would like a trained eye to see if the current state is acceptable and note any concerns.

If you buy one, be sure to get some construction inspections along the way, a few extra sets of eyes on your project is well worth it, plus you get to hang out with the folks you like best! :D
