Congrats Sean! For those who didn't watch the video, this is not exactly the same one that already made the internet rounds. It does have the accident which many of have already seen, but more importantly at the end it shows Sean's reborn RV-7--well done.

Sean,

Welcome to the VAF forums!

Good to hear you have her back in the air!!!

I think I can safely say for all of us, "May you have many enjoyable and safe flights!"

Me an the old man had a little accident at an air show at croft farm, summerset, England. We were both ok, and two years later the aircraft is back in the air again. Happy Days )

The accident was caught on video and camera an you can watch it here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ULOdhTJ3uBg:)

Congratulations.

Where do you fly from in the UK?

I used to be a member of the Coventry Aeroplane Club but I hear that Bagington is closed now.

Egress from your overturned a/c

Glad to see you are back flying...wondered about how you were able to egress your a/c...looks like there is not much space to get out...how long did it take you to get out?? did the canopy maintain its integrity or flatten??
