It was being built by an A&P and close friend of his. After a tragic event, the estate contacted Mike to see if he would like to make an offer. 3 of us, ( 1 guy is a 3 timer/tech counselor) went to inspect it to give it a value. Mike didn't low-ball $$ them, since the money will go to the daughter. But he ended up with a very well constructed RV which needs some TLC finishing. Hope to have it flying next spring or so.
