Contact your local EAA chapter, someone in there is sure to have a flying RV. It would be best to get a ride in a -6, -7, or -9; the side-by-seating is best for an introductory flight and there is a really good chance they have rudder peddles on the right side. (Not all -4's and -8's have rear rudder peddles.) Also, all RV's pretty much fly the same.
