I recently purchased a previously owned RV-4 empenage kit circa 1992. It's missing the elevator skins and a builder manual. I assume a manual exists for the RV-4? Perhaps there is a PDF download somewhere for it? I will inquire at Vans also.
Anyway, just getting my ducks in a row and won't be starting the project for a while. If anyone has any elevator skins (don't care if .016) let me know. Looking forward to adding a -4 to my hangar in the distant future.
