Rather broad questions. What are you looking to know? I don't think there is anything prefab for the -4, if that's what you are looking for.

The standard tip for the RV-4 IS a Hoerner type. Jon Johanson incorporated a fuel system including these for his several trips around the world but he no longer offers them.
