M Mitch757 Well Known Member Sponsor Apr 4, 2007 #2 My RV-4 does not have a gascolator (I didn't build it). It was built with a couple of in-line fuel filters (Flow-Ezy brand) which have replaceable elements. 10 years old and 500+ hours with no problems. The low point is the tank drains.
