I have a friend with a cracked canopy on his RV-3.
It has the fastback mod and a tip over canopy.
Will a standard RV-3 canopy fit a fastback tip over?
Should he just order a standard one from Van's or Todd's Canopies?

Pictures would be helpful...can you get a few to post? The answer depends on what the existing canopy looks like. If the standard RV-3 canopy was used for the conversion, then your friend should be able to use one as a replacement. If a custom canopy was used for the original, then a call to Todd's might be better.
